Viva Leisure is one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing fitness and wellness groups. Our family of brands includes Club Lime, Plus Fitness, hiit republic, GROUNDUP, Zoo Fitness and Supp Society.
Viva also holds a 25% equity investment in World Gym Australia, including three corporate-owned World Gym locations in Queensland and a brand-new Canberra location opening in August 2026.
In addition, Viva Leisure has a 34% stake in Boutique Fitness Studios (BFS), the Australian and New Zealand master franchisee for leading boutique fitness brands including Rumble Boxing, Club Pilates, StretchLab and CycleBar.
Do you hire students/graduates?
Yes. We welcome applications from students and recent graduates who are passionate about health, fitness and delivering great customer experiences.
What degree backgrounds do you recruit from?
We welcome students and graduates from all disciplines. While some corporate roles require specific qualifications, many opportunities focus on transferable skills, customer service and a passion for health and fitness.
Can international students/candidates on a visa apply?
Yes. Eligibility depends on the role and your current Australian work rights.
Can I work while I’m studying?
Yes! Many of our casual club and studio roles are designed to fit around study commitments and offer flexible rosters.
Do I have to be over 18 years old to apply?
No. Applicants under 18 years of age are welcome to apply but will require written consent from a parent or guardian.

Do I need previous work experience?
Not necessarily. Everyone starts somewhere! We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Do you offer flexible working arrangements?
Many of our corporate roles offer flexible or hybrid working arrangements, depending on the position and team requirements.
Our casual club and studio roles also provide flexible rosters, making them a great option for students balancing work and study.

What does the recruitment process look like?
The recruitment process varies depending on the role but typically includes:

What qualifications or certifications are required?
Most in-club roles require a current First Aid and CPR certification.
