Indigenous Employment Exhibition Booking Form – 2026

The 2026 CareersXpo will be held on Wednesday 5 August and Thursday 6 August.

Steps to Booking a Stall in the 2026 CareersXpo Indigenous Employment Exhibition.

Step 1: Complete the On-line Booking Form

Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. It is important you also read the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.

Step 2: Submit Booking Form

When completed and checked that the information entered in the form is correct, click the ‘Submit’ button. We recommend you print a copy of the booking summary as your record of booking.

Step 3: Public Liability Certificate of Currency (COC)

A copy of your Certificate of Currency should be included in your booking form. If not possible at the time of booking, please send us a copy of this as soon as possible after booking to avoid the necessity for us to hassle you. Our Insurers are most insistent we receive and can show a copy of each exhibitor’s COC.

Step 4: Expo Hall (Exhibitor Listing)

We will then send you an email confirming your registration and the stall(s) allocated.

Please note that all exhibitors at the CareersXpo can create a FREE entry in the Virtual Expo Hall. Click here to check if you have an exisiting entry. If you do, and need to change the content, you will need to complete a new entry using the Exhibitor Information form as we do not have an update option (hint: cut and paste content that hasn’t changed from the exisiting entry).

If you are NOT listed in the Expo Hall complete the Exhibitor Information form so that are recognised as an exhibitor at the 2026 Canberra CareersXpo.

Visitors to the Expo Hall can view entries in aplphabetic, booth number or category order.

This Exhibition, which is located in the Coorong Pavilion (refer floor plan), is Sponsored by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Section of the ACT Education Directorate and there is No Charge to exhibit.

If interested in an outdoor Exhibition space(s) in either of the Budawang and Coorong fore-courts or in the 2 NEW Exhibition spaces in the Budawang Pavilion please contact the CareersXpo team by email.
