                   Thursday 6 August – 9.15am – 2.30pm

Please Note:

Session departure times are not rigid.  If you need more time we recommend you book two sessions and determine in conjunction with your bus transport when you leave the venue.

Session Preferences

We will endeavour to give you your first preference, however, sessions will be allocated to ensure student numbers are evenly and safely spread throughout the two days.

Once the arrival times have been finalised you will receive confirmation of your schools session times by email.

Please enter the student numbers by their year. If you have any special needs or requirements use the comment box below.

Please note there will be photographs taken throughout the event.

Please advise if there are any students that cannot be photographed.
