Looking to move from a service (police, military) into a civilian role? We talk you through how to translate the language you know into words a civilian reading your application can relate to. Using techniques to quantify and qualify what you have done to establish civilian equivalency, tools to find jobs on government job sites and understand their language, and, harnessing the things you have done in a respectful and honourable way to not minimize the significance of your achievements.
