WHEN:      Wednesday 13 August – 9.15am – 2.30pm

Thursday 14 August – 9.15am – 2.30pm

Please Note:

We are setting aside Wednesday 13 August for all year 11 & 12 students in the ACT as they have a scheduled Moderation Day on Thursday 14 August.

Therfore, we would appreciate all NSW schools register to attend on Thursday 14 August.  If this creates a scheduling problem for you we will do our best to accommodate your school on Wednesday 13 August.

Session Preferences

We will endeavour to give you your first preference, however, sessions will be allocated to ensure student numbers are evenly and safely spread throughout the two days.

Once the arrival times have been finalised you will receive confirmation of your schools session times by email.

Please enter the student numbers by their year. If you have any special needs or requirements use the comment box below.

Session departure times are not rigid. If you need more time we recommend you book two sessions and determine when you leave the venue.

Please note there will be photographs taken throughout the event.

Please advise if there are any students that cannot be photographed.

Please review your information to ensure all is correct before submitting your form
